Here are all 32 from this year:
Of course, the first one is finished now and I have done much more on Days 2 and 3. They will be my focus smalls for June and July.
My Maynia plans for next year are to stitch on each of the designs which don't get finished over the course of the next 12 months and then find some more smalls to start, maybe Just Nan, maybe Christmas Ornaments. We shall see.
Here's how my Pie looked for May:
I managed my full 2 weeks on the Discworld Mappe. Here's where it was at the start of the month:
We have a turtle flipper and a small island!
Once I had completed my 2 weeks on Discworld I turned to an old WIP - My Lovely Sewing Tools by Marie Suarez. This was originally released in 6 parts in the digital magazine The Gift of Stitching. Here's where I abandoned it in 2012:
And here's where I am now:
stitched on 40 count white linen
Close-up of the portion I stitched this month.
The lace is so pretty. Based on the amount stitched in 8 days I estimate I have another 3 weeks worth of stitching for this one. So, the question is - do I continue to work on it for a week each in June, July and August or do I work on some of my other "19 in '19" projects for this year?
Finally, Stitch From Stash:
Nothing | £0.00 |
Total | £0.00 |
Yes, a big fat nothing! Not so much as one skein of DMC.

Beautiful work Jo, well done on a zero spend. As I said on your last post I admire your dedication and self-control on Maynia
Wonderful progress on all of your projects Jo. I think you should continue with the Sewing Tools and get it finished.,

Congratulations on your SFS; that doesn't happen very often!
Great progress during the month, as usual. It seems that after a seven year hiatus you love for My Lovely Sewing Tools has been rekindled, so I suspect we may see more of this in the coming weeks. :)
I love the lace section on Stitching Tools
Carry on with the Stitching Tools, it would be nice to see it finished. Well done on the zero spend. I've had zeo spend all year till I walked past the knitting shop and saw Winwick Mums own sock wool in the window, 'ding' went the door bell and before I knew it my purse was open and i'd handed over the ££ LOL
Lots of beautiful progress in your post. Great work! Fantastic on the spending. It's always fun to switch out patterns. Good luck deciding.
Great job keeping up with Maynia! The lace section on the sewing tools is sooo pretty...I vote for keeping at it for a finish. Ah, but then there are lots of other pretty things on your list as well...
Sewing tools looks great. So many Just Nan smalls to work on! Discworld is looking stunning - it's definitely my favourite x
