WIPocalypse is hosted by Measi's Musings
Each month we have to share the projects we want to complete before the End Of The World.

I achieved my goal of another blockson the Joan Elliott Faces SAL. The 2024 goal is to add the final large block and maybe even finish it. The large block took 16 days and the previous small block took 7 so it is possible.
stitched on 28 count Snapdragon Jazlyn from Crafty Kitten
There were only two projects that didn't get touched. The Amanda Butler houses were my bath-time projects and they lost out to Turn, Turn, Turn which I didn't even own at the start of the year! The Art Inspirate Potions lost out to my new love of blackwork, in particular the Circle Cross Art Nouveau Tarot Cards.
Here are the 13 (15) WIPocalypse Finishes - I did have more finishes this year, these are just the ones from my "23 in '23"
Finally, I do hope you are all enjoying this time of year - the planning for the New Year, when everything is possible! The fun of going through our stash and working out what we would like to start. The promise to work on those older projects and keep up with the SALs too!
Happy New Year Jo , I am just going to say wow wow wow ,your stitching is always so beautiful.
ReplyDeleteThank you for the cards to hugs June.
I jumped into a bunch of challenges but I enjoyed them last few months so why not haha.
ReplyDeleteI hope your 2024 is full of as much beautiful stitching as this year was if not more. I just love seeing what you are working on next.
You are one prolific stitcher! That Bothy Threads 12 Days has to be one of the most lovely WIPs I've ever seen! Your 15 finishes that you shared are all so lovely--really enjoyed watching them grow and seeing you finish each! Happy New Year ♥
ReplyDeleteYou did so well again last year! Can't wait to read all about your 2024 plans, oh queen of the planners!
ReplyDeleteCongratulations on all your progress and finishes in 2023. 13 finishes out of 23 projects is pretty amazing, and the fact that you have 'only' 15 WIPs remaining proves you have slowly and steadily been crossing them off your list. Good luck in keeping to under 24... I shudder at the thought of having so few!!!
ReplyDeleteI loved seeing your progress in 2023, and especially seeing your finishes!
