Welcome to the June link-up for Gifted Gorgeousness. The linky will stay open until the end of the month so you have plenty of time to link up and join in.
First priority for this month is my Big Happy Dance for Gathering Honey by Jannlynn Designs:
Memories by Just Nan, a gift from Vickie:
A tiny bit on Gathering Eggs by Nora Corbett, a gift from Carol:
Itches by Oberlin Samplers, soon to be Witches, a gift from Barb:
Joan Elliott's 12 Days of Christmas was a gift from my MIL:
My final gifted piece is for a friend's wedding later this month. This is Emma Congdon's design from this month's Cross Stitch Crazy magazine:
And now it's over to you. This is where you link up your post for this month. Please use your name or your blog name in the field and NOT the words "June Update" so I can easily see who has linked up this month. And link to the actual post, not just your blog. It is easier if you copy and paste the link, rather than typing freehand.

Finally, I'm making plans for The Longest Day SAL next week. I'll actually be stitching on Tuesday 20th and blogging about it on the 21st as I'm away from the house on Wednesday. I've decided to have an Event on Facebook for the real time updates so if you want to follow along there, here's the link.
(It's a private event so leave a comment if you want to see it!)
Lots of lovely projects there Jo
ReplyDeleteI would like to join your happy dance as the Gathering Honey is highly successful but not too close to the beehive. I was thinking (dreaming) of joining the Longest Stitching Day on next Wednesday with you. I must think about an updated post on the blog.xxx
ReplyDeleteOh my goodness gracious, Jo! I'm happy dancing with you over your Gathering Honey! It looks fabulous!! All your stitching is amazing!! Your 12 days is coming along nicely...it's been fun watching your projects grow! I can't wait to see how itches comes along once the W is added...I just got the magazine with the pattern for the gift you are giving your friends for the wedding. I might have to stitch that for my son and his bride to be! Thanks again for this challenge, it's always fun to see what everyone else is stitching!
ReplyDeleteAwesome progress on all of your projects Jo.

So many beautiful projects. I'm still playing with ideas for the SAL. I'm leaning toward a pile of new starts. We'll see.
ReplyDeleteWe have big celebrations in my little town to celebrate the solstice. It is Scandinavian so there are lots of traditions. Love all the beautiful stitching. Witches is looking just great! I did it when I stitched on aida, maybe I should do it over on linen.
ReplyDeleteBeautiful stitches Jo. I love to see all you accomplish. RJ @ stitching friends forever.
ReplyDeleteI tried clicking the link for The Longest Day SAL but it says the page in unavailable or been taken down.
ReplyDeleteAs a side note I absolutely love the Gathering Honey Design it is gorgeous! Yet another pattern to add to my wish list which is too long as it is and probably exceeds my life expectancy at this point.
Gorgeous stitching Jo. I love Gathering Honey :) Great deal on the magazines and a perfect finish for a wedding :)
