Ornament SAL March Update

Stitching Lotus Ornament SAL


I've posted this one before, but I've found the backing fabric now.  It was in my paper craft bag.  Obviously!  I have a little shamrock charm and I'll stitch it up this weekend.  For some reason Sundays feel like finishing days!
The design is the JBW cat from Just Cross Stitch Hallowe'en special 2012 but stitched in colours for March.  I'm planning in stitching one a month in appropriate colours.

Next is the Third Dragon Day of Christmas.  This is a series from Dragon Dreams available only on Facebook.  This is Three French Hens including a little French Dragon wearing a Breton top, holding a baguette, some cheese and sporting a suave leetle French moustache.  My son noticed the 'tache, I didn't.

The third design is from the Joan Elliott 2013 Diary SAL.  This is February's Cherub, it's taking a while because I stitched Danika's birth sampler this month instead,

    I did not notice the moustache either. Good for him. ;)
    I like the linen color on the Joan Elliott cherub.

    I didn't notice the 'stache either...what kills me is the little beret on the one hen!!

    Oh shoot, I just realized I inverted the 'tache lines on mine and gave him a double chin instead... now I'll have to frog because of course I can't live with that. Oh well...
    But I digress: your ornies are lovely! :-)

    The Feb cherub is so bright and colourful thats going to be lovely.

    Great stitching. Perfect fabric for your March cat and the dragon ornament is too cute. I would have totally missed the mustache if you hadn't mentioned it.
