Theme-a-licous December Update

Theme-a-licious

Delightful December
The holidays are a time for relaxing...at least, that's the theory! No stress here...work on whatever you want and enjoy!

This must be the easiest theme of all!!  I've been alternating between my September Fairy for the Mirabilia RR and the English Transitional Sampler for the Scarlet Letter Challenge.

Here's the Mirabilia:

And here's the Scarlet Letter:

The idea is that you stitch all the outline then fill in with satin stitch and stem stitch.

Heather is planning on devising some more themes for 2013 which is good news.  The events give a nice structure to my blogging.  There's the TUSAL and the WIPocalypse on full and new moons then Theme-a-licious twice a month.  It's great fun fitting my stitching into Heather's themes too!  I'll do a little annual recap for the last post of the year.  I'll also post the 2013 themes on my dedicated page as soon as I see them.

Finally, it's a Double Deal Day for the Advent Calendar post.  I'm off to see what the two bloggers have posted for me and to find out if stocking are still ruling the roost!!

  5. Lovely progress on your stitching. I tried doing the TUSAL and WIPocolypse this year but quickly lost interest in both. I couldn't keep up with the posting dates.

    Enjoy your Sunday. :)
